Mr. Abdul Hafiz Doueiri أ. عبد الحفيظ دويري
Mr. Abdul Hafiz Doueiri received his formal college education from the Beirut Arab University in Lebanon where he graduated with a B.A. degree in History in 1961. He later joined the UNESCO's (United Nations Economic, Scientific and Cultural Organization) educational team and taught for several yeas in Africa. He returned to Lebanon, founded an agricultural business company, but continued his cultural and educational activism for the next 4 decades. Mr. Doueiri has published articles in several newspapers and journals and served as an editor and broadcaster in a Lebanese radio station. His passion for music led him to sing and play the 'Oud (lute) in three continents around the world.
